Rogue Marble Inc. Looking for Production Team Members
Rogue Marble announces pre-production has begun on three transformative, indigenous films to be shot in Haiti, Cambodia, and Oklahoma during 2021. The projects are funded and logistical arrangements have begun.
Rogue Marble is a specialized movie production company formed to come alongside Christ-centered ministries and missions groups and help with outreach and development by turning your authentic and transformative God-stories into scripted movies.
“We are looking for adventurous disciples of Jesus Christ with training in the cinema arts to form mobile production teams excited to help turn the authentic Godstories into scripted films, reaching people groups around the world who share their culture and language. We stand together as the adventurers, living by love put into action, giving fear no quarter! Key crew positions are paid.”
HAITI - “Family Business” - While being groomed to take over his father’s business, 15 year old Wilky comes to know Jesus at camp. But this is not welcome news to his father, the village Witch Doctor. > 1-2 weeks, May 2021 (tbd).
CAMBODIA - “Click” - Having immersed herself in the slums of Phnom Penh to save girls and young women from sex trafficking, Jorani is attacked and sold, plummeting her into an unimaginable darkness from which she may never escape alive. > 1-2 weeks, Aug 2021 (tbd).
OKLAHOMA - Blood on the Wire - An abusive husband, a dying horse, and a young woman whose survival hangs by a wire. > 1-2 weeks, October 2021 (tbd).
Open Crew Positions: Camera operator/DP, Grip/Lighting, Production Supervisor, Sound Recordist/Boom Operator, UAV Operator. - Candidates must: (Intl.) be willing to travel abroad, have a valid Passport (+1 yr), a negative C19 test prior to departure and return. Quarantine/Visa TBD; (Domestic) Candidates must have their own ground transportation and a negative C19 test prior to arrival on set.
Rogue Marble Inc. is helmed by MK, CEO of Gamma Pictures, who moved full time into the nonprofit space. He is an award-winning writer-producer-director of features and short films, commercials, and branded entertainment for broadcast on Netflix, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, WB, and PBS. MK has written for OZ Magazine (Atlanta) and has been featured in a variety of print media, as both director and producer of faith-based movies around the world. For three decades, he has served as a celebrated editor, special effects supervisor, producer, writer, director, and all-around filmmaker.
